Sandy - Stringy Marblings is a kind of Marbling that Lahor indigo - of which water and bile is less - is used by dropping with a dropper or a "punch" to the same point or points in the middle of the deck and filling the surface of the deck. The paint becomes cracked and sandy. Sometimes cracks are formed in the form of the letter v, which is called Stringy Marbling. The most beautiful examples of sandy marbling are made with the Lahore Indigo. Sandy marbles can be made with different colors too.
